If English is my "second language"...

I wonder what my first is. Lol. Considering the fact that this is the only language in which I read, speak, and write everyday, it's almost funny that I have to undergo rigorous standardized testing to prove that I can use it adequately.

Almost funny.

What isn't funny, though, is that these standardized exams cost over RM500 - and the results expire after a few years. There's so much money in the industry of exams, test prep materials, courses, and private tutors! I'm just gonna self-study like I did with the GRE, and use free test prep materials online. -.-
