This is what a victim student of the School of ASS looks like
at the end of the deadline-riddled academic week:

like after a 3 hrs sleep and finishing up pres and int
sha-lene says:
HAHAH
- Jean℠ - says:
den i was smiling at the burger

TODAY was the day all of us submitted our Contemporary Worlds 2 major essays!!
Huuuuuge relief.... but I have my Contemporary Television Studies major essay to tackle now.
BUT after Eujean's Contemporary Worlds 2 presentation today, we went tokacau consult Ujval and then to Pyramid for McD's! :D

Compulsory snapshot in the big-ass Vios:
Upon reflection, I realise that many of my good friends either drive Myvi's or Vios.
Leila and Eujean both drive the whopping massive Vios.
Carmen, Vanessa, Tse Mun, and I all drive Myvis. :)
WHY did we go to McDonald's for lunch?
Because Eujean had COUPONS.
HAHAHHAHA. So see-lai right! HAHA.
It was soooo fun though. And the food was delicious, as usual! :D
Laugh laugh laugh until jaw still pain. Hahaha.

My classes today were from 9am - 1pm (at 1 something we went to Pyramid) and I was horrified that I was going to miss my FTV tutorial - which, technically, I already missed on Monday.
But Jean sent me back to Monash a good 20 minutes before class. :D
Thanks, babi-hutan! :)

On other news, Joshua Liew FEH WAYNE (now famous for his trademark carrot sticks that he has to munch on every 2 hours because he got really bad gastric a few weeks ago! ehehee) crashed the FTV tutorial today. :D
He who does not take FTV. :D
This was how he spent the time in class:
So gorgeous his drawings! My cameraphone doesn't do the picture justice! HAHA. Really talented artist - and as I just found out today, a very talented actor too!! :)
Today was fun-filled and laughter-crammed, but on the downside -- Feh Wayne & Co. (myself included) were disrupting the entire Feature Writing tutorial (well, not ENTIRE, since less than 10 people showed up today) with all our chitchat and our hyper-laughter this morning -- and I'm starting to feel really bad about spending my JRN tutorials talking instead of doing the outline/story/exercise that Chin Huat assigned us to do. :(
I do do the work once I get home (as in the case of the class exercises given in the last 2 weeks - Lee Chong Wei's profile and my "White Tiger" story about my great-grandmother)... but I've become so relaxed and playful in journalism tutorials that I no longer accomplish much (if anything) during the 2 hours of tutorial itself. :(
But seriously lor ... after some self-evaluation on my behaviour in the last few tutorials, I really need to behave! Hahaha. I need to stop wasting the 2 hours in the J-lab (even if I hate using the MACs) by playing around - which also probably annoys my lecturer to shreds.
I hereby resolve to restrict my nonsensical chatter and infectious laughter to outside class hours! Sorry, Chin Huat. :'(
A final note - since this web-log is supposed to chronicle things in my life I want to look back upon years from now - I made 2 new friends today! :D
Monash is filled with strangers to befriend, serious! That's one of my favourite things about this university. One was a dude from Indonesia who's in my FTV class & COM tutorial. We spent like 2 hours searching through the library shelves together for FTV books.
Note-to-self: THIS CLOSE TO THE DEADLINE, ALL THE GOOD BOOKS WILL NO LONGER BE IN THE LIBRARY. Hmmph!
My second new friend for the day was the girl sitting closest to the photocopier in the library when I was trying to figure out how to use it! HAHA. She helped me - and then we got to talking, and it turns out she's taking FTV also - and is completing her final semester in the School of ASS! :) She's doing her paper on "Gossip Girl"! Hehe!
Aight, folks, time to get cracking on FTV!
I'm doing a paper on F.R.I.E.N.D.S..
How COOL is that! :D
